Utility Allowances

Effective August 1st, 2021, the utility allowance will be changing for each bedroom size. 

We will be using the new allowance at your next annual or interim on or after the effective date.

Utility allowances are provided for:

• Shepard Heights
• Hayes Manor 
• Southfield Plaza 
• Fincher Square
• Carolina Terrace
• Single Family (Detached Housing/Mobile Home)
• Multi-Family (Apartment/ Semi-Detached/Duplex)
