Security Deposit for Public Housing

Dear Applicants:

Starting January 1, 2025, the Security Deposit for Public Housing Low Rent will be $300.00 and the Unit Keys $3.00. This amount and the prorated rent from your income will be collected in the form of money order during your move-in process. Please keep in mind that you cannot move into the unit without the amount given to you on your Apartment Ready Letter. You also will be responsible for your own electrical and gas bills.
